Accountant

Job Description The OpportunityDescriptionReview and process invoices on a daily basis; manage corporate report outs and data tracking.Support the monthly closing process, including accruals reporting and accounting reclassifications.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual cost tracking, and update periodic reports.Ensure high attention to detail and maintain a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.Execute administrative tasks and special projects for the Peoria team related to office and departmental needs.Collaborate with all levels of the company, as well as external partners and suppliers, to complete tasks effectively.Manage budgeting, tracking, and proper processing of direct disbursements to outside organizations and agencies.Experience Required for Your SuccessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate’s degree considered.Open to recent graduates, though 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of cost tracking, closing processes, financial reporting, and reclassifications.Experience supporting monthly closing activities, including accruals and accounting reclasses.Familiarity with contract management tasks, statement of work (SOW) development, and requisitioning.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans401K OfferedCompany DescriptionDiversity is our legacy, our today, and our tomorrow.As an employee-owned, women-led organization, we have a long-standing commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce while helping our clients achieve the same.
