This role is designed for urologists who value focus, predictability, and balance. You'll practice in a call-only model centered on inpatient and emergency department consults, supported by DaVinci robotics and experienced advanced practice providers. The 7-on/7-off schedule creates natural reset time, while guardrails help keep days manageable and overnight call-backs rare.
