The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and managing customer relationships. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up with clients, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote company growth. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clientsExperience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales-related rolesProficiency in scheduling tools and maintaining organized recordsBasic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and data entryHighly motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving and active listening skills for addressing client needsAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plusPrevious experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
