Remote Client Experience Specialist | Work From Home | Training Provided
We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to organized, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with clients in a structured support capacity. Training will be provided. Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates able to work hours aligned with Pacific Time (Los Angeles).Key ResponsibilitiesManage client communications and support requests in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate schedules and appointment-related tasks, including confirmations and adjustments.Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and client outreach as needed.Maintain accurate records and perform regular system updates.Deliver a consistent, professional client experience across interactions.Qualifications And SkillsStrong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Comfort working in a structured, task-based remote environment.Ability to remain responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable under changing priorities.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative roles, or similar is a plus.Ability to work hours aligned with Pacific Time (preferred).
