Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support product quality, process monitoring, and compliance within a fast-paced production environment. This role performs inspections, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure products consistently meet company and industry standards.
This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with testing equipment, and maintaining high‑quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in‑process materials, and finished products
Conduct and document quality checks according to established procedures and control plans
Monitor product consistency throughout the manufacturing process
Identify quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership teams
Assist with troubleshooting product or process issues
Maintain accurate testing records, logs, and data entry within company systems
Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory and quality equipment
Perform visual inspections of products and production activities throughout the shift
Support additional quality and production‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2 years of quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow testing procedures, specifications, and safety guidelines
Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
Basic math and measurement skills required
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a production environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movement
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, temperature changes, and industrial equipment
Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or evenings as needed
Required to wear personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats
