Quality Control Specialist - 2nd Shift

The noise level in the work environment can be loud.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires standing, walking, and bending. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Education & ExperienceHigh school/GED equivalent requiredMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings)Strong understanding of inspection techniques, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.), and quality standardsAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plansProficient with basic computer processes including data entry, email communication, and use of Excel or ERP systemsExperience with ISO 9001 or other quality systemsFamiliarity with root cause analysis, 5 Whys, or other quality toolsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
