Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (1-3 Years of experience)Job DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and facilitate technical transfer activities into manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in system-related projects, document updates, and validation support, contributing to the success of our manufacturing processes.ResponsibilitiesAssist with system-related projects and update documentation to support manufacturing processes.Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other essential manufacturing documentation.Support change control activities, including managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).Track project tasks, action items, and timelines to ensure timely execution.Analyze production or system data using Excel or similar tools to support issue resolution and process improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally to address technical or process-related issues.Ensure all work aligns with site quality systems and documentation requirements.Essential SkillsExperience with continuous improvement methodologies and validation processes.Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Ability to support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and technical transfer activities.Proficiency in authoring and revising SOPs, work instructions, and other manufacturing documentation.Experience in managing change control activities, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Design Transfer.Additional Skills & QualificationsExposure to NPI or tech transfer activities.Experience working in a regulated or quality-driven environment.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or manufacturing software tools.Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.Work EnvironmentThe role operates within a regulated manufacturing environment, emphasizing quality and precision. Employees are expected to work collaboratively across various departments, utilizing advanced technologies and manufacturing software tools. The position requires adherence to site quality systems and documentation standards.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $44.00 - $44.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
