Senior Subcontract Manager

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline from an accredited college.Basic understanding of the procurement processes.Basic SAP/MRP knowledge.Ability to obtain security clearance.Ability to travel, if required.Job DescriptionYou will be the Senior Subcontract Manager for the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain. Our team is responsible for supporting PAC-3 program material requirements and managing subcontracts.What You Will Be DoingAs the Senior Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for driving mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain, managing supplier issues, and leading various projects to support production and customers.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToDrive mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain by supporting timely subcontracts.Manage supplier issues daily to support production and customers.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production Operations and PP&C.Handle various assigned projects and travel as required.Maintain effective communication with internal/external suppliers and customers.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is collaborative, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
