Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be atthe forefront of identifying, developing, and closing high-impact sales opportunitiesacross key markets in Healthcare & Life Sciences.In this role, you will craft and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our mission ofempowering clients through transformative technology solutions. The idealcandidate is a results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, committed tobuilding strong, impactful client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesActively create & manage a dynamic pipeline, you'll be expected to deliver againstthe precise monthly forecasts in terms of revenue booking & log addition whileguiding prospects through the full customer lifecycle-from initial engagement tomaximizing the value of our solutions. With a deep understanding of clientneeds and technical insight, you'll tackle complex challenges, all while shaping ourofferings by channeling customer feedback to the Engineering team and advising onstrategic product development.Sales Excellence:Develops and implements strategies to identify, engage, and convert newaccounts, emphasizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Articulates our unique value proposition to align with prospectiveclients' business goals, establishing competitive differentiation.Builds a strategic roadmap with prospective clients to foster long-termpartnerships and support successful adoption of our solutions.Foster some of the key accounts of us & expand them aligning withtheir strategic & technology roadmap.Account Management:Anticipates client needs and opportunities for growth within new accounts,focusing on strategic prioritization to maximize impact and mitigate risks.Crafts tailored account plans and drives a consistent execution approach,ensuring alignment with client objectives and revenue targets.Partners with internal teams and industry experts to maintain highengagement, accountability, and growth for each account.Customer Engagement:Cultivates executive-level relationships with decision-makers to highlight theimpact and ROI of our solutions, leveraging these connections to opennew accounts.Establishes a consultative engagement rhythm to build trust and deepenclient relationships for ongoing opportunities and expansions.Understands client business drivers and priorities to position us as astrategic partner in their technology transformation journey.Industry Knowledge:Maintains a deep understanding of our solution landscape and theindustry's evolving needs to position the company as a trusted partner forpotential HCLS clients.Leverages insights from industry-specific trends and challenges to guide newaccount development and tailor solutions.Aligns with internal industry experts to refine strategic plans and provide data-driven value propositions for client needs.Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on selling ITservices and consulting offerings, specifically around Salesforce, ProductEngineering, Cloud & Infrastructure Services, including Data & AI.Strong expertise in enterprise sales processes, specifically within healthcareand life sciences with a solid track record of closing complex deals andexceeding quotas.Experience in consulting or B2B for large enterprise HCLS clients,demonstrating strong analytical, strategic, and customer-facing skills.Exceptional relationship management skills, especially with seniorstakeholders, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client andinternal team connections.Ownership mentality with a knack for problem-solving, capable of structuringambiguous challenges and quickly iterating on solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the abilityto simplify complex information.A hunger for personal and professional growth and readiness to scale with usDirector of Sales - Healthcare & Life Science
