FDD Program ManagerThe FDD Program Manager provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and cross-functional execution for the lifecycle and steady-state operations of the organization's Fault Detection and Diagnostics infrastructure across its corporate real estate portfolio. This role acts as a primary advisor to global smart building and technology teams, helping to shape the overarching governance framework and long-term scaling strategy for predictive building technologies. The Program Manager owns portfolio tracking mechanisms, risk management frameworks, and stakeholders' alignment to successfully transition facilities into data-driven, Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) regimes.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance & Portfolio Alignment: Establish and oversee standardized program tracking dashboards, formal risk frameworks (Risks, Issues, Changes, and Decisions), and progress update cadences to maintain absolute execution rigor.Scalable Strategy Execution: Direct the end-to-end implementation process of digital building and diagnostics initiatives globally across corporate offices and leased properties.Operational Strategy Evolution: Provide strategic guidance to enterprise smart building leadership to elevate global system requirements, refine site suitability assessment metrics, and build repeatable operational frameworks.Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the chief coordination point for program updates. Lead regular alignment sessions, technical performance reviews, and progress tracking meetings with regional workplace service groups, internal operational teams, and third-party platform vendors.Financial & Scope Management: Monitor execution variance against master budgets and contractual Scopes of Work. Evaluate technical variations and facilitate corporate approval paths for high-priority scope changes.Continuous Improvement (Lessons Learned): Organize post-deployment reviews and workshops to integrate field findings back into standard execution playbooks, ensuring efficiency gains in subsequent development tranches.Required Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive experience leading complex technical programs or project management tracks within smart buildings, corporate real estate technology, or building automation systems.Documented mastery of portfolio management systems, advanced enterprise spreadsheets, and cloud-based workflow collaboration tools.Proven track record leading cross-functional teams spanning real estate properties managers, facilities staff, and technology infrastructure teams.Superior clarity in professional documentation and technical writing, with verified experience authoring master playbooks or operational methods of procedure.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:145,300.00 – 191,080.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
