Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.ResponsibilitiesServing on the team of experts in the field finance and budget in the Finance Program UnitMaintaining documentation and audit trails of past financial activities, audit reviews, new policies changes at the Department and bureau levelMonitoring budget execution to ensure program objectives metAssisting the team in the oversight and coordinating of program-funding portfolioDeveloping virtual communication strategies, where applicable, to disseminate new policy requirements to effectively streamline procedures in the BureauTravelNoneRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience with management analysis, strategy, resource management and/or contract management.Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with client personnel, other government agencies, and vendors at all levels.Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluate techniques to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs.Desired QualificationsDemonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Office 365.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent research and briefing skills.CGFM or other relevant professional certifications.EducationBA/BSClearanceMust be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.CompensationThe MIL Corporation values your contributions and offers a range of benefits to support your overall well-being. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
