Barback / Busser / Food Runner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a passion for customer service and a keen understanding of food service operations. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are complete and presented in an appealing manner before serving. Assist servers with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food handling, culinary practices, or food service is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of banquet service and food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members. A proactive attitude towards helping others within the team and ensuring guest satisfaction.
