Sales Development Representative (SDR)We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the sales team to connect with decision-makers, understand client needs, and schedule qualified meetings that contribute to overall business growth.This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methodsQualify inbound and outbound leads to determine business opportunitiesSchedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales ManagersBuild and maintain relationships with prospective customersResearch target accounts, industries, and decision-makersMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status within CRM systemsFollow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales processCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategiesMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline goalsStay informed on company products, services, and market trendsSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesConfidence in cold calling and outbound prospectingAbility to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressureExperience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systemsStrong organizational and time-management skillsGoal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentBasic understanding of sales processes and pipeline managementPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sales environmentsFamiliarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or SalesloftExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platformsMultilingual communication skills are a plusCore CompetenciesCommunication and persuasionResilience and adaptabilityTime management and organizationProblem-solving and critical thinkingAccountability and self-motivationCollaboration and teamworkBy applying to this position, we'll create your Simera Professional Key (SPK)a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.
