Summary: Diagnostic Radiology with Mammography (biopsy) privileges. Rates for submission: Malpractice - Must be included in rates.Orientation - $300-325 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Keep in mind that we have a radiologist on site for mammography 3 days/week.Procedures (wire loc, biopsy, etc): 13Screening Mammos: 225Diagnostic Mammograms: 30They would be asked to read during the day from the list of radiology studies from the emergency department and inpatient. But if there is anything they don't feel comfortable reading, they do have the option to send to MRG which is our Teleradiology group. For the Radiologist in building 4, We mainly need them for mammography and breast biopsies. If they are able to read PET, that would be great appreciated in addition to any other studies (CT, MRI, X-ray, US, etc) Submission Requirements Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology or Board Eligible - providers must note in the Additional Submission Details section that they will obtain certification. - (Highly preferred) State License CA - (Required) Residency Requirements/Fellowship - No specific fellowship. Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies - (Required) BLS/ACLS and DEA during credentialing - (Required) Malpractice - Clean (Highly Preferred) Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation.
