Surveillance Supervisor/Technician Cat 4 Job Category: Ship - Surveillance Full-Time On-site Shippensburg Casino Shippensburg, PA 17257, USA Job Details Surveillance Supervisor:Implements surveillance strategies that ensure the operational integrity and overall protection of customers, employees and Company assets. Monitors the capability and individual performance of surveillance agents relative to Company service and operating standards. Facilitates daily activities of the surveillance department to ensure that all procedures and practices are followed correctly and consistently. Remains proactive and partners with the security department to take immediate action to protect customers, employees and the assets of the property from fire, theft, burglary, assault and other security issues. Prepares work schedules for surveillance agents. Partners with security department to conduct investigations and prepares necessary reports. Prepares purchasing requests to ensure the surveillance department has the necessary inventory of supplies to operate effectively at all times. Assists with hiring, training and scheduling of surveillance agents. Evaluates performance of surveillance agents and consistently documents both positive and constructive feedback relative to Casino Service and operating standards. The detection of the presence of any person who may or is required to be excluded or ejected from the Casino Under 4 Pa. C.S. §§ 1514 or 1515 of the Gaming Act and Chapters 511 and 513 of the Board's regulations, or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under 4 Pa. C.S. § 1516 of the Gaming Act and Chapter 503 of the Board's regulations. Regularly analyze departmental Job Descriptions for relevance and effectiveness. Performs all other duties as assigned. Surveillance Technician:In the absence of the Surveillance systems Manager, maintains and is responsible for a spare parts inventory for all aspects of the Gaming Surveillance Systems and Gaming Surveillance Equipment. Assists in the system programming for the Gaming Surveillance Systems and Gaming Surveillance Equipment. This requires constant access to the surveillance monitor room to review system programming and system equipment. Works with outside contractors, vendors and property personnel in the construction, and installation of resources for any casino expansion or reconfiguration. This requires constant access to the surveillance monitor room to review system and equipment in connection with the planning, construction and installation of surveillance resources. Assists in the maintenance, repair, additions, and deletions for other surveillance systems and equipment within the company's responsibility. Assists in the scheduling and participation in the preventative maintenance program. Carries out policy and procedures. Promotes outstanding customer service. Must be knowledgeable of the PGCB Regulations and Technical Standards as they pertain to Surveillance Systems. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. It DOES NOT entail providing services similar to a Surveillance Operator. Performs all other duties as assigned.
