Monitor the payment or collection of bets according to company and regulatory rules. Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions. Protect and maintain the integrity of assigned games and assets. Support the dealers in their efforts to maintain game security, asset protection and rule and regulation enforcement. Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry wide practices and report to management any that may benefit the Company Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who play at or approach assigned games. Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and respond to customers accordingly Advise supervisor of disputes, problems and any suspicious activity. Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned Issues complimentaries pursuant to company internal controls. When acting as a Table Games Dealer duties are as follows: Provide appropriate and professional care and service to guests Acknowledge and greet warmly customers who play at or approach assigned games Conduct table transactions and provide signatory validations accordingly to Company and regulatory rules Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork and transactions. Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, playing cards, dice and other assets in assigned areas Comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, policies and business processes Practice and foster open, clear, two-way communication with all related departments and superiors Interact with department and company employees in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and cross-culture communications Maintain an up to date knowledge of Company events and promotions and answer customer enquiries Perform all other duties as assigned QualificationsGood proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English. Ability to pass a math test. High School Diploma, at least 6 months dealing experience in the last 2 years.
