Currently, 119 miles are under construction in the Central Valley, aiming for initial operation between 2030 and 2033, with total costs estimated between $88–$128 billion.You'll Be Responsible ForLead delivery of major projects by setting strategic direction, aligning outcomes with client vision, and ensuring governance supports business priorities.Champion Safety First through visible leadership, embedding Mace’s HSW framework, and fostering wellbeing across all teams.Build and empower high-performing teams by securing the right resources, nurturing inclusivity, and driving collaboration across disciplines.Drive performance excellence by optimising delivery against bid baselines, embedding Construction to Production (C2P), Net Zero Carbon, and digital innovation.Own client relationships as the primary interface, strengthening trust, managing CRM across geographies, and promoting service excellence.Safeguard compliance and sustainability by managing risk, ensuring ethical and fiscal viability, and advancing Mace’s commitment to quality and net zero transition.You’ll Need To HaveProfessional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications and demonstrable career development.Proven track record delivering complex projects, with deep sector expertise and strong commercial acumen.Experienced leader of large, diverse teams, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.Advanced knowledge of sustainability, risk, and project management practices, driving innovation and net zero outcomes.Note: The estimated salary for this position is 250,000 - 300,000 USD.
