Project Manager3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.Job Description:Work cross-functionally to collect, prioritize, and maintain business needs from partnersDevelop and maintain metrics and dashboards to communicate statusFollow client's governance processes, procedures, specifications, design controls, and applicable compliance standards and guidance documentsAssist in driving decisions by using the Decision Making Framework (D- Decision maker, Advice Giver, I- Informed) develop project schedules, project coordination and status reportingTrack key project milestones, implement and manage changes to meet the project outputsEnsure participation in functional and cross-functional management reviewsProvide meeting facilitation, including development of meeting agenda and minutesDevelop, evaluate, and manage business case and cost/benefit analysisDevelop and use project plans and schedules to measure and report progressCommunicate proactively with stakeholders and sponsors regarding project progress, issues, and plans for resolutionDevelop and share lessons learned and best practicesUtilize project management processes, software and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standardsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Life Science with 3 years of product development experience in the medical device or pharma industry.Experience managing and influencing in a matrix organizationAbility to tactfully and effectively negotiate and influence at various levels of organizationTechnical background with understanding of medical device / pharmaceutical manufacture and commercializationProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationStrong working knowledge of project management tools and collaboration practices including MS project, MS TeamsTop Must-Have Skill Sets:Medical Device / ISO13485Project Management & Budget experienceExperience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Day to Day Responsibilities:Apply project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control & closing of projects.Deliver project goals on budget and on schedule.Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results and attain project goals/targets.Develop, evaluate, and manage the business case and cost/benefit analysis.Develop processes and procedures related to distribution and reverse logistics.Develop plans to support organizational change management (including training and communications).Communicate proactively with stakeholders and sponsors regarding project progress, issues, and plans for resolution.Employee Value Proposition:Work cross functional teamsAbility to work with different stake holdsHigh visibility role and able to connect with many teams/managers.Red Flags:No Supply Chain ExperienceNo Project Management & Project Budget ExperienceLack of communication SkillsLack of experience working with cross functional teams and different cultural backgroundsInterview process:Phone screening followed by in-person interview.
