Facility Maintenance EngineerThe Facility Maintenance Engineer, working under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Engineering/Plant Operations, is responsible for the plant operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the hospital mechanical, electrical, and supported facilities. The hospital is a 24x7x365 manned facility. This is an experienced level position in a 24/7 healthcare facility. The right person for this position must be able to be on call after hours and on weekends on a rotating basis.Essential Job Functions:Make equipment and building rounds.Record and log data on all mechanical, electrical, equipment, and other systems.Respond to call backs and remedy issue/s. If needed escalate findings to Facilities Supervisor.Direct electrical, mechanical, and construction facilities vendors to routine work area/s.
