You'll work closely with athletes, families, coaches, athletic directors, and physicians to ensure safe and effective care.Key ResponsibilitiesCover home events and provide high-quality patient careAssist with outreach programs and coaches' clinicsProvide medical coverage for games, practices, and tournamentsCommunicate injury status and return-to-play decisionsCoordinate sports coverage with athletic directorsConduct assessments and present findings to physiciansEducate patients and ensure adherence to treatment plansParticipate in professional athletic training organizations What You BringStrong clinical knowledge and communication skillsAbility to provide age-appropriate careCPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)Professionalism and respect for confidentiality Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Entry-Level Master's in Athletic TrainingBOC certification and Illinois AT license (or eligibility)
