You'll also collaborate closely with athletes, families, coaches, athletic directors, and physicians to ensure safe return-to-play decisions.Your Responsibilities IncludeCovering games, practices, and tournamentsCommunicating injury status and care plansCoordinating with school athletic directorsConducting assessments and presenting findings to physiciansDelivering clear patient educationSupporting additional departmental needsWhat You BringStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniquesAbility to provide age-appropriate careExcellent communication skillsCPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)Professionalism and respect for confidentialityEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Entry-Level Master's in Athletic TrainingBOC certification and Illinois AT license (or eligibility)1-2 years of experience preferred
