HMSHost will provide you with the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop as a professional at our many branded restaurants.Cook Job Summary:The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods, and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs; follow recipes and directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving food items; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary; cleaning and sanitizing work stations and equipment, practicing food safety; operating a variety of kitchen equipment; stocking, dating, rotating food items; providing the highest quality of service to customers and associates at all times; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.Utility / Dishwasher Job Summary:The Utility associate is responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; returning clean utensils, pots, and pans to their proper places; loading and unloading supply trucks; remove trash; sweep, mop, scrub floors; clean walls; rotate stock; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non- exempt position.Warehouse Worker Job Summary:The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with day-to- day functions of the warehouse. Responsibilities include working with the location warehouse stock and resolving issues using the stock management system; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager depending upon local requirementsMinimum Requirements:- Must be at least 18 years of age or older- Previous cooking, baking, dish washing or other kitchen experience is preferred- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers- Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions- Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions- Frequently works with sharp knives, utensils, and hot plates- Frequently works in hot environmentOur Philosophy: We empower our team to succeed.
