Employees of Regency at Hualalai, are an integral part of our ability to provide these services and have the privilege of working in an environment where you truly are a hero for the many residents we serve!As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee foodservice operation, and ensures adequate food and supplies are available.You will:Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframeFollow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper formClean and maintains a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areasComply with state sanitation codesMaintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriatelyEnsure that resident food preferences are known and followedYou Currently:Can obtain Food Handler's card.
