Workplace Type: On-Site About the Role We are looking for a Senior Architect or Architectural Engineer to join our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in multiple locations across the U.S. The role involves leading and expanding consulting services regionally and contributing to our national practice. Responsibilities Inspection, analysis, and determination of root causes of building envelope and material failures. Conducting analytical and computer-based problem solving. Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys. Preparing technical reports and presentations. Marketing to new and existing clients. Successfully managing projects. Qualifications Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering or Architecture plus 2–3 years of consulting experience related to buildings, or M.S. in Architectural Engineering or Architecture plus at least 6 years of consulting experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States. No immigration sponsorship required. Professional license in Engineering (PE) or Architecture (AIA). Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to synthesize technical information for specialist and non‑specialist audiences. Clear written communication and technical writing skills. Commitment to quality and accuracy. Versatile, team‑oriented, willing to work overtime and travel when required.
