Please find below the Job Description:Job Title : NAPBC Program Manager/Certification Specialist Duration : 3 to 6+ months (High possibility for extension and FTE)Location : Brooklyn, NYPay Rate : $85-$90/Hr.Typical ResponsibilitiesAn Oncology Accreditation Specialist Responsibilities:Coordinates oncology accreditation activities across hospitals or cancer centersEnsures compliance with cancer care standards and regulatory requirementsPrepares documentation for accreditation surveys and site visitsTracks quality metrics, cancer registry data, and performance improvement projectsWorks with physicians, nurses, tumor registrars, and leadership teamsConducts mock audits and readiness reviewsMaintains policies, meeting minutes, dashboards, and action plansEducates staff about updated oncology accreditation standardsSupports multidisciplinary tumor boards and quality committeesPrior experience in NPBC/CoC or any oncology standards and accreditation componentsAbility to prepare for surveys and manage corrective action plansDocumentation management and organizationAbility to interpret performance metrics and quality indicatorsAnalytical thinking and data interpretationDevelopment and implementation of policy and procedure documentsAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary team members through accreditation stepsStrong cross-functional communicationStrategic planningProgram Development Understanding of breast care pathwaysThese duties are commonly described in oncology accreditation and quality roles2 years experience RequiredEducationBachelors degree required.
