Engineering Lead, Capital Improvements Program

Overview In this role you lead engineering delivery for a $2B capital improvements portfolio addressing wastewater, stormwater, and sanitary sewer facilities. You will shape project scoping, select A/E partners, and guide design, cost, and schedule to meet owner requirements. You’ll provide engineering support through construction, commissioning, and startup, working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
