We specialise in live events, retail promotions, and customer engagement campaigns, delivering professional brand representation and measurable results for our clients. We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative for a customer-facing, in-person role based in Chicago. Role OverviewAs a Sales Development Representative, you will represent client brands in live promotional environments, engaging directly with customers and generating new opportunities through face-to-face sales and customer acquisition conversations. This role focuses on building trust, communicating value clearly, and converting customer interest into registrations or purchases through professional interactions. You will work in dynamic environments such as retail locations, promotional stands, and event spaces where strong communication and sales ability drive success. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face sales conversations with customers in retail promotions, events, and campaign environments Represent client brands professionally while delivering clear product or service messaging Identify customer needs and explain how the product or service provides value Guide interested customers through a sales registration or purchase process Work toward daily and weekly sales targets in a performance-driven environment Maintain accurate reporting of customer interactions and sales results Deliver a positive and professional customer experience during each interaction CompensationWeekly pay structure Base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses Performance-based earnings with strong potential to exceed the average Candidate ProfileThis role suits individuals who enjoy engaging with people and building conversations in a customer-facing sales environment.
