Program Manager – Data Center & Mission Critical Infrastructure (Charleston County)

They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of mission critical data centers.Position SummaryThe Program Manager is is accountable for end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center infrastructure projects, combining construction, capital programs, multi-vendor coordination, and SLA performance. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with operational priorities.You will oversee complex projects, manage contracts and budgets, track SLA compliance, and serve as a central point for cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Program & Project ManagementLead and manage multiple concurrent data center infrastructure and construction programsDefine scope, deliverables, and success metricsTrack progress, risks, and cross-project dependenciesVendor & Contract ManagementOwn multi-vendor programs, including contracts, SOWs, and RFPsEnsure vendor performance meets SLA and quality expectationsManage amendments, renewals, and compliance obligationsBudget & Financial OversightPlan and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance reportingPartner with Finance for accurate accruals and financial controlsSLA & Operational PerformanceEnsure infrastructure meets mission-critical SLA requirementsTrack uptime, service delivery metrics, and operational performanceCompliance & GovernanceMaintain documentation for audits, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesImplement standardized PM methodologies across projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years managing mission-critical data center infrastructure and construction programsDirect experience in data center projects is requiredExperience with multi-vendor projects, contracts, and RFP processesStrong budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting experienceUnderstanding of project governance, risk management, and operational standards.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification.Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams.Benefits:401KMedical / Dental / VisionEqual Opportunity Employer:RCM is an equal opportunity employer.
