The practice offers a supportive yet fast-paced environment where attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility and client engagement.About the RoleThis position offers hands-on experience across a broad range of family law matters, with direct involvement in both litigation and settlement-focused work. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on complex and emotionally significant cases.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, annulments, custody, visitation, child support, property and debt division, and spousal supportHandle paternity, guardianship, adoption, and grandparent visitation mattersNegotiate and draft premarital and postnuptial agreementsConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreementsAssist with trial preparation and attend court appearancesParticipate in hearings, discovery, and case strategy developmentMaintain strong client communication throughout all stages of representationQualificationsMinimum 2 years of family law experienceAdmitted to the Nevada Bar (required)Required SkillsStrong family law experienceExcellent legal writing and drafting skills, with attention to detailStrong courtroom and advocacy skills or demonstrated exposure to hearings and motions practiceAbility to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a compassionate and professional approachExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a teamHigh level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive family mattersBe able to hit the ground runningWhy This RoleDirect exposure to a wide range of complex and meaningful family law matters.Substantial client responsibility and courtroom experience.Strong emphasis on legal writing, advocacy, and case strategy development.Opportunity to work closely with experienced family law practitioners.Supportive environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development.
