We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to our valued customers.Safely transport and deliver orders to customers' homes or businessesProvide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanorAccurately handle cash and credit card transactionsAssist with food preparation and packaging when not on delivery runsMaintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and adhere to food safety standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hoursNavigate through various traffic conditions and weather to meet delivery time expectationsCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and managementTroubleshoot and resolve any delivery-related issues that may ariseQualificationsMust be of legal driving age with a valid driver's license1-2 years of driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveriesAbility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR), meeting company-specific standardsStrong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitudeBasic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactionsThorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in the Louisville areaAbility to lift and carry orders of varying weightsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsDetail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy and food safetyTeam player with strong communication skillsAdditional InformationMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
