THE DIRECTIVE - A private, rapidly expanding authority in the life-safety and risk management sector is seeking a highly capable Executive Operations Attaché. We are building a streamlined network of state-level providers and require a systems-thinker to travel alongside our leadership and deploy operational frameworks across multiple new markets. We value precision and the ability to replace manual friction with automated infrastructure. While this role requires continuous mobility and field deployment, our master operations are directed from a private, home-based executive office facility in the Buckhead district of Atlanta. THE ARCHITECTURE - Our operational stability is anchored by recurring commercial inspection contracts. You will be responsible for engineering the automated workflows that sustain and scale this baseline across various regions. Commercial Automation: Design and implement scheduled cloud flows that link client intake from our primary digital platforms directly to automated dispatch, routing, and compliance tracking. Filtration Protocols: Hard-code our operational logic into the system. Residential service requests must be automatically filtered and gated by a strict point-of-sale mandate; dispatch is only authorized if payment is secured on-site at the time of service. THE OPERATOR PROFILE Absolute Discretion: You understand the value of confidentiality and operate silently and flawlessly in the background. Mobile Execution: You are highly adaptable and prepared for continuous travel, capable of deploying systems and maintaining focus in rapidly changing environments. Systems Focus: You possess a fundamental dislike of waste and disorder, viewing unnecessary manual manipulation as a structural flaw to be eliminated. You focus strictly on execution, logic, and yield. THE ENGAGEMENT - We are moving quickly to scale our national footprint. You will be handed the master ledger concept for our active state-level entities upon deployment. We are looking for an operator ready to begin immediately, capable of demonstrating a working prototype of our automated dispatch and compliance flows within the first few weeks of engagement.
