We are currently seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, quality-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of conventional offset printing equipment, ensuring consistent color accuracy, productivity, and high-quality output.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Ryobi 3302 and Halm Jet Press equipment at high production speedsMaintain color consistency and quality throughout production runsAccurately read and interpret job tickets and production specificationsPerform routine daily, weekly, and monthly press maintenanceTroubleshoot minor mechanical or print-quality issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized press areaQualificationsPrior experience operating conventional offset printing equipment (required)Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production settingMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferredAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedlyScheduleFull-timeMonday through Friday7:30 AM – 4:00 PMOccasional overtime as neededCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)401(k) planHealth insurancePaid time offIf you are a dependable press operator who takes pride in precision and productivity, we invite you to apply and become part of a company with nearly four decades of industry excellence.
