Position includes direct supervision of foreman, trade partners, and other construction related personnel within parameters outlined by the project team while maintaining a safe workplace.Minimum QualificationsSix (6) years of construction operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and two (2) years of relevant experienceCertifications for CPR / First Aid and OSHA 30-hourExperience with computer-based scheduling software, spreadsheet applications, project management software, and virtual construction softwareGeneral knowledge and understanding of sustainable construction (ex.
