Construction Project Manager
We are seeing a significant increase in project activity across El Paso and Reeves County. To stay ahead of our anticipated needs, I am looking to connect with Project Managers at various levels who are interested in joining a growing team in the region.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and manage moderate to complex construction projects from initiation through closeout.Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for stakeholders, including clients, design professionals, and contractors.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement processes with minimal supervision.Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication, documented decisions, and timely follow-up actions.Oversee contract administration, including the review and processing of change orders, pay applications, and compliance with scope.Proactively identify and resolve project conflicts, mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership.Ensure all work is performed in alignment with project goals, company core values, and industry best practices.Minimum Requirements: 3-7+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in an Owner's Representative, general contractor, or architecture/engineering firm setting.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field OR equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with cloud-based project management information systems (PMIS) such as Procore, e-Builder, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Working knowledge of contract administration and change order processes.Additional Qualities (a plus, but not required): Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CCM.Familiarity with integrated project delivery methods (e.g., CMAR, Design-Build).Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Ability to support project sites in El Paso and/or the Reeves County area (Pecos, TX) as needed.
