Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to support the analysis and validation of aerospace structures. The ideal candidate will apply advanced engineering principles and analytical methods to ensure structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply structural analysis methods to evaluate strength, durability, and performance of aerospace components and systems
Perform analyses including:
Static and fatigue analysis
Damage tolerance and fracture mechanics
Thermal and vibration analysis
Support structural testing and validation activities
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and program teams to optimize product performance and manufacturability
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards
Provide support across the product lifecycle, including development, production, and post-delivery
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of structural analysis principles and materials technology
Experience with finite element analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS)
Understanding of fatigue, damage tolerance, and fracture mechanics
Familiarity with aerospace structural testing and validation processes
Ability to work in a cross‑functional, collaborative environment
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS) with 5–8 years of relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree (MS) with 3–6 years of experience, OR
PhD/JD with 0–3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Aerospace or mechanical engineering background
Experience with aircraft structural systems
Familiarity with industry standards (FAA, EASA, etc.)
