Lead Analytics Engineer

All qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United Sates without sponsorship***Ingenium Talent is working with a Kentucky-based healthcare solutions leader in their search for a Lead Analytics Engineer. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of our client's analytics ecosystem. This position combines advanced data visualization, analytics enablement, and data engineering. This role is 100% remote, but our client is currently only considering candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone.Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:Lead design, development, and optimization of user-facing analytics products within a scalable data ecosystemBuild and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and reporting solutionsDefine and enforce data visualization standards, reusable templates, and best practicesArchitect and optimize data pipelines to support analytics and reporting use casesImprove dashboard and query performance through extract tuning, Hyper optimization, and efficient data modelingPartner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutionsConduct code reviews, design reviews, and architecture assessments to ensure quality and reliabilityServe as the technical lead for analytics and reporting, guiding best practices and implementation strategyRequirements, include, but not limited to:7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fieldsExpert in Tableau (dashboard development, data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization)Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Amazon RedshiftProven track record building and scaling ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflowsProficiency with Python and data orchestration toolsExperience working in cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWSStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, efficient solutionsAll qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today.
