Multi-Billion Dollar International manufacturing company located in the Greenville SC area is looking for a Purchasing ManagerJOB DUTIESLead procurement operations while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across the businessEnsure the uninterrupted supply of materials, components, and services required for manufacturing, while balancing cost, quality, and delivery performance.Responsible for the operational execution, supplier management, and team leadership, while supporting continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and alignment with broader supply chain strategies.Provide leadership and direction of purchasing and sourcing activities to ensure timely and efficient supply of materials and services for the facilityOversee daily procurement execution including purchase orders, supplier communications, expediting, and issue resolutionMonitor supplier performance through scorecards and KPIs; lead corrective actions and continuous improvement effortsREQUIREDBachelor’s Degree5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management3+ years Purchasing Management or Supervision experienceERP systems (SAP preferred)BOM (Bill of Materials) and MRD (Materials Required Date) a plusLean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
