Pingman Tools is looking for an Office Manager to help strengthen the connections, culture, and day-to-day operations that keep our team thriving.This role is equal parts executive support, team experience, and operational coordination. You’ll help create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to come to work. From onboarding new hires and coordinating interviews to planning team events and keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll play a central role in the employee experience at Pingman.We’re a small company, which means this role touches a little bit of everything. Some days you’ll be helping leadership stay organized and moving priorities forward. Other days you’ll be planning celebrations, solving operational hiccups, welcoming candidates, or making sure the little details that shape culture don’t get overlooked.This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together, notices what others need before they ask, and takes pride in creating a workplace people love being part of. If you’re highly organized, people-oriented, adaptable, and energized by variety, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day executive and administrative operations across the companyHelp create and maintain a strong, connected, and positive team cultureCoordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiativesAssist with recruiting coordination, scheduling, and candidate experiencePlan and organize team lunches, celebrations, holiday activities, and company eventsHelp maintain office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, and shared spacesKeep internal systems, calendars, and company resources organized and up to dateSupport communication and inclusion across both in-office and remote employeesAssist leadership with special projects, scheduling, and operational coordinationOwn the countless small details that help the team feel supported and connectedQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA naturally proactive and people-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentComfortable balancing administrative work with culture-building responsibilitiesAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityPositive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to jump in wherever neededExperience in office management, executive support, recruiting coordination, or employee experience is a plusA Few More ThingsWe work on a flexible, hybrid schedule, with Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays remote and Tuesdays and Fridays together in our BoDo (Boise Downtown) office.You probably aren't everything listed here.
