Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties. (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.Qualifications Active law license in the State of Texas.Strong organizational and case management skills.Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
