Position Overview: Dynafios, located in Issaquah, Washington, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support the leadership team with daily financial management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You will assist with updating financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations, making a critical impact on the company’s overall financial health. Key Responsibilities: Update Financial Spreadsheets: Record daily transactions and update financial data in spreadsheets. Prepare Balance Sheets: Assist in the preparation and accuracy of balance sheets. Track and Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly review and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy. Create Cost Analysis Reports: Analyze fixed and variable costs, providing actionable insights through cost analysis reports. Process Tax Payments: Handle the processing of tax payments in accordance with relevant regulations. Support Monthly Payroll: Assist in processing payroll and maintaining organized payroll records. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Record, monitor, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable activities. Process Invoices: Manage invoice processing and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners when necessary. Budget Preparation: Provide administrative support during the budgeting process and help ensure data accuracy. Audits: Participate in quarterly and annual financial audits, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Requirements and Skills: Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or a similar role. Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial management. MS Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with financial functions, formulas, and spreadsheet creation. Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar systems. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with an ability to identify and correct numerical errors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. Why Dynafios?
