Role: Sr. ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Santa Clara, CA-OnsiteDuration: 8-12 monthsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in software engineering and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This role is focused on UI/portal development and back-end configuration, making it essential to have robust skills in ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and UI frameworks.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: 6-8 years of software engineering experience, primarily on the ServiceNow platform. Front-End: Extensive experience in UI/portal development. Back-End: Expertise in ServiceNow back-end configuration including REST API integrations, Flow Designer, scripting, and Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs). UI Frameworks: Proficiency with modern UI frameworks like AngularJS or React. JavaScript Expertise: Strong passion for JavaScript development and the ability to leverage the web as a platform. Experience in reusability and componentization. Technical Skills: Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns. Familiarity with performance and scalability considerations in large-scale projects. Tools: Proficiency with IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and ServiceNow instances. Communication & Teamwork: Strong analytical and design skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. Ideal QualificationsNext Experience UI Framework: Skilled in Next Experience UI framework (Seismic framework/UI Builder) of the ServiceNow platform, which is based on React. Location Preference:Preference for candidates based in Santa Clara, CA, as the engineering teams meet in the office 2-3 days a week.
