Software Development EngineerPay Range: $53hr - $58hrRequirement/Must Have:5+ years Software Development.5+ years NodeJS.5+ years React JS.5+ years Python.5+ years API Design.5+ years Postgre SQL.2+ years Compliance (Good to have).2+ years DevOps (Good to have).Responsibilities:Build compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization.Take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities.Introduce new insights from within or outside decisions that may improve current reporting tools.Continuously improve and maintain the Intranet, SharePoint, Wiki, and other portals.Define and implement the goals of the team, delivering solutions that balance the needs of the business and the maintainability of software.Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching the industry's latest trends.Nice to Have:Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.).Cloud SRE Experience.Skills:Writing reusable, testable, efficient code.Hands-on experience in API design and development with NodeJS, Python, using frameworks such as ExpressJS, Flask.Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, & MongoDB.Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS.Strong understanding of modern development patterns: Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro-services.Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Redux.Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong planning skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.Ability to address and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques.Qualification and Education:A college degree with a focus in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience.10+ years of hands-on design/development experience.
