MetalTek International is seeking a results-driven Plant Controller to serve as the financial leader for our Carondelet Foundry. This role partners closely with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.The Plant Controller owns the full financial operations of the plant and serves as the critical link between financial insight and operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all plant financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, and budgetingEnsure accurate, timely financial statements and balance sheet integrityDrive performance through cost and variance analysis (labor, material, overhead)Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and product profitabilityPartner with operations to support pricing, capital investment, and strategyMaintain internal controls; support audit and compliance requirementsOversee accounting functions (A/P, A/R, cost accounting, inventory controls, payroll coordination)Develop team capability and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting
