Scheduling Coordinator (Part-time) As the Scheduling Coordinator (Part-time), you will report to the Guest Experience Scheduling Manager, providing frontline scheduling and administrative support for the Guest Experience (GX) department at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. This role will focus on scheduling, timekeeping, administration, and employee communication to ensure events are properly covered. You will play a key role in resolving routine scheduling matters, maintaining schedules, and supporting event-day operations.More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with event-day scheduling for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, ensuring all zones are filled and operational needs are met before doors open.Monitor GX scheduling email account and update management on staffing trends for upcoming events.Maintain a constant presence throughout the stadium to conduct zone audits, verifying that staff are in position and aligned with the master schedule.Manage the staff check-in and check-out process, including uniform inspections and station assignments.Act as the primary point of contact for frontline staff to resolve immediate scheduling issues and inquiries, and technical login issues in real time.Use ABI MasterMind to track employee availability, process time-off requests, and maintain accurate scheduling records.Proactively monitor timekeeping to ensure all event-day staff strictly adhere to California meal-break and rest-period requirements.Track and report staff attendance and punctuality in real-time, escalating gaps to the Guest Experience Scheduling Manager to maintain service standards.Assist with post-event labor summaries to identify "bottleneck" areas, recommending staff reassignments to improve efficiency and optimize staff coverage for future events.We'd love to hear from people with:High school diploma or equivalent.13 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a customer-facing leadership role.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred:Experience in large venues such as stadiums, arenas, theme parks, or hospitality environments.Previous experience in scheduling and timekeeping, ABI MasterMind and Paycor.Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.Skills and competencies:Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Strong organization and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in an event-driven environment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Basic understanding of California labor laws related to scheduling, overtime, and meal breaks.Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event needs.Physical requirements:The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
