Scheduling Specialist

We're searching for a Senior Scheduling Specialist for a longer term role, Onsite in Palmdale CA!As an experienced Senior Scheduling Specialist you will support complex aerospace and defense programs in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.This role is ideal for someone with strong Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) experience who understands how to manage large, cross-functional program schedules tied to engineering, manufacturing, finance, material, and quality teams.As the Senior Scheduling Specialist , you will• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)• Perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and risk assessments• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment• Identify schedule conflicts, performance variances, and recovery plans• Support milestone tracking and program executionWhat We’re Looking For:• Active Secret Clearance required• EVMS experience strongly preferred• Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred• Understanding of DCMA metrics and schedule health assessments• Experience with Deltek Cobra, Acumen Risk, or Resource Loaded Schedules is a plusIf you’ve supported complex defense programs and enjoy solving scheduling and program execution challenges, Apply today!
