Job Description & RequirementsOncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity:· Schedule: Monday- Friday (8am-5pm)· Practice Setting: Outpatient· Type of cases and required procedures: Bone marrow biopsies preferred. · Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC· Certifications required: Board certification· Licensure required: Active California license, Drug Enforcement Administration license.Facility LocationThe largest West Coast city on the Pacific north of San Francisco, Eureka is a beautiful city located on the picturesque Humboldt Bay.
