From the pastures of Mongolia to global storefronts, Falconeri selects the best raw materials and removes intermediaries, caring deeply about every detail– from the people to the planet.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManagementEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.Enforcing exceptional customer service, maximizing and expanding customers’ portfolio utilizing your ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentEnsure Clients follow-up by the Sales Team, with customized proposals specifically tailored for their needsAchieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the District ManagerAlways representing the brand’s standards for a high-level customer experienceBe a mentor for your team, inspiring and leading them through product knowledge and brand awarenessProactively follow current competitors and fashion trendsAttract, recruit and retain a high performing team in an inspiring work environment• Promote brand awareness, establish store presence and capture competitive market share through community outreach and Company sponsored eventsOperationsOversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipmentsImplement business action plans in collaboration with the District Manager to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentManage and support stock levels through direct communication with the District Manager to maintain a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launchedAble to successfully operate our POS system, conduct email, opening and closing proceduresStore Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas such as bathroom and stockroom. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store.Teams will be required to conduct daily cleaning tasks included but not limited to:Performance ManagementTrain and communicate current collection knowledge to all team members to ensure they are fully educated on brand guidelines and season strategyUtilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environmentSupporting the Team in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the storeConduct coaching and counseling sessions with the team to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedbackOversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish individual goalsIdentify and create action plans for team members in collaboration with the District ManagerProvide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submissions of payroll records for all employeesThe Store Manager may be assigned other responsibilities as the direct manager deems fit, pending the company’s business needs and career development purposes.Communicate Company set KPI’s and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are metAssisting with Store Events: Participating in the planning and the execution of promotional events, product launches, and other initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost sales.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEligibility to work in the US for any EmployerHigh School graduate or equivalentMinimum 6 years of experience in customer service and contemporary or luxury retail industryExcellent verbal, written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientationCommitment, being self-motivated and goal orientedImpeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environmentProblem solving mindsetAbility to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekendsAbility to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGESalary plus monthly commissionsHealth Benefits, including Medical, Dental and Vision401K matchingPet InsurancePaid Time off and Sick TimeParental LeavePre-Tax commuter benefits for transit and parkingSign on BonusReferral bonusEmployee discountFree UniformHow we do it:• Open Minded• Pragmatic• Authentic• Passionate• Dynamic• Team Player
