Job Description Solar Appointment CoordinatorsPay: $20.00 per hourJob description:Solar Appointment Coordinator (In-Office) - Santa Ana, CA (Location) Temp to HireHourly Pay ($20.00/hr) + CommissionWe're hiring Solar Appointment Coordinators to work warm leads - some cold calling! Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need.Key Responsibilities:Contact inbound leads and conduct structured intake callsCommunicate clearly and professionally with prospective clientsCollect and document key contract detailsRequest and review supporting documentation when availableMaintain accurate and timely recordsSchedule qualified clients for consultations with the analyst teamQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsReliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling expectationsProfessional, detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processesComfortable discussing contract and financial-related informationStrong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office suite, Google WorkspacePrior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not requiredBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredSchedule:Schedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayMust be flexible to work between the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:30 PMTraining:9am - 3pm (Paid training)Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status under applicable law.Work Location: In person
