Finance Manager - Dallas, TX - Hybrid (120k-125k + Bonus)

LHH is seeking a Finance Manager for a highly respected, data-driven organization known for delivering strategic insights and driving operational excellence across a national footprint. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial modeling, reporting, and business partnership, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processesPartner with business leaders to analyze revenue, expenses, and headcount trendsPrepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI trackingEvaluate financial performance and identify risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reportingAnalyze revenue trends, retention metrics, and forecast driversParticipate in leadership meetings to present financial insights and recommendationsMaintain data integrity and improve forecasting accuracyLead process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost managementJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&AStrong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting skillsAdvanced Excel proficiency; experience with planning tools is a plusExperience working with large datasets and cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to present to leadershipDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
