Manager, Corporate Finance (Hybrid)A well-established, national services company headquartered in the Dallas area is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, long-range modeling, and strategic analysis for both the company and its parent organization.What You'll DoLead and execute long-range financial planning processes, including 5-10 year horizon forecasting modelsBuild and maintain financial models supporting business cases, operational initiatives, and corporate promotionsPerform valuation analysis including DCF modeling and M&A-related financial workSupport annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in partnership with the broader FP&A teamPrepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and strategic deliverables for senior leadership and the parent companyCollaborate cross-functionally with a 5-6 person FP&A team, business unit leaders, and corporate stakeholdersWhat You Bring5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting with significant financial modeling exposureAdvanced Excel skills -- hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models and worksheetsDemonstrated DCF and valuation experience (must be practiced, not theoretical)M&A or transaction analysis experience strongly preferredStrong business acumen and the ability to translate high-level strategy into financial frameworksBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plusMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhat You'll GetBase up to $130,000, commensurate with experience10% annual bonus targetComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and moreHybrid schedule -- 3 days in office, 2 days remoteHigh-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and parent company initiatives
